NRG IT Ltd Achieve ISO 9001 Certification

ISO 9001 is recognized worldwide as the international benchmark for quality management within an organisation.

To gain the ISO 9001 certification, NRG IT Ltd has demonstrated to customers and suppliers dedication and commitment to meeting customers’ needs, operating efficient management processes and delivering consistent, high quality products and services at the highest standard as set out by the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO).

Each year, an external audit is carried out by a third party to ensure all systems are maintained and any non-conformances are noted for correction. NRG IT is committed to continued improvement using the quality management system (QMS).

Managing Director of NRG IT Ltd, Mike Hurst, said:

‘NRG IT has been selling refurbished and new Dell monitors since 2002. This certification will cement our presence in the market and give our customers even greater confidence about doing business with us. We pride ourselves on being a hardworking family business with exceptional standards of customer service.

2018 was very challenging; we moved both our warehouse and office operations into a new facility in several stages. We’ve welcomed new members of staff, new suppliers, customers and clients. The move was finally completed this December.

Despite all that, we have passed our ISO9001:2015 certification and that’s the cherry on the cake for us! We have worked very hard to obtain it and will work even harder to maintain, and where possible exceed, that high level of system management we are so very proud of.

I would like to thank all members of staff for their continued support, dedication and loyalty.’

Steve Reeder, the QMS consultant who assessed NRG IT for the ISO 9001 certificate said:

“They had very robust work processes already in place, putting them well on the way to meeting the requirements of ISO 9001. The improvements they made to their customer satisfaction monitoring and recording of suppliers non-conformances showed their commitment to implementing the standard”.
